Phenomenal property!!! This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! A Dream Come True This was our first trip to St. John and the Virgin Islands. From Christine's delicious Welcome dinner on our first night to the last, we were treated like royalty. The views of the National Park were none that we have seen before. Doing yoga every morning overlooking the sea and mountains was incredible. Snorkeling every day, sipping coffee and cocktails on our private balcony, beach time; everyday was different and an adventure. Villa Cin Cin is a magical place on a magical island. There is only one problem with this villa….it’s so perfect, it’s hard to manufacture reasons to leave. We spent 7 days at CIn CIn and the most frequent trip away was to go to the grocery store so we could eat at the house. We found good beaching, snorkeling, yacht watching, villa watching from CinCin. A dreamy time on Ditliff We had a fabulous time at Villa Cin Cin. We have been coming to St John for the last 20 years, and have rented many different villas, in Peter Bay, Chocolate Hole, Gift Hill and Coral Bay. Villa Cin Cin is the most amazing villa that we have every stayed at. It had it all: full A/C, pool and hot tub, sleeper sofas in all bedrooms, TVs in all bedrooms, an amazing kitchen and huge table for our clan of 12, and beach access just down the road. Ditliff point is so special, with almost 360 views and privacy. Christine, the owner, reached out to me via telephone at booking, and again closer to the time of our stay. She was an amazing host and a wealth of knowledge about the island. Crystal was great and always very responsive when we had questions. My husband, niece and I are runners, and loved running in Fish Bay- less traffic and less hilly than most other places we have ran in St John. Cin Cin is the only real luxury villa on St. John. Many villas will say they are luxury, but I promise you that NOTHING compares to Cin Cin. We read about Town and Country Magazine rating, and we decided to stay on land at this spectacular villa for our second week in St. John after a week on our chartered yacht. We have stayed at the Ritz in St. Thomas and homes on Peter Bay over the years but this house blows them all away in terms of luxury, comfort, views, quietness, and sandy beach. This beach has a reef just yards away from the beach. There was not one day where we did not have the beach all to ourselves and saw multiple turtles, spotted eagle rays, and tons of fish. We barely went to the north shore. If you want the best, most exclusive villa close to the restaurants, with the most luxury, Villa Cin Cin is it. The staff gave us privacy and were extremely hospitable. The owners were so attentive from the first moment I called to inquire to the end of our stay. We booked two weeks next winter while we were there to make sure we got the weeks we needed for our family and friends. Read More...

Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. We ADORED our stay at Villa Cin Cin! Look no further for the perfect place to host your next family trip or friends getaway in paradise. Everything about this villa is amazing from the bedrooms to the outdoor showers (!) to the kitchen area (that had everything you could ever need) and then of course the infinity pool where we spent most of our time. I caught myself multiple times not being able to tear my eyes away from that view. It's like it's straight out of a fairytale book.
